If you have received the wrong product or a product that is damaged, you may return the item within (14) days of receiving your order. All products should be returned in the original packaging. A free return label will be provided.
In both cases, please contact customer support via the ‘Contact us’ button below. Be sure to provide your order ID and pictures of the item you wish to return. Our support team will then provide you with further instructions on how to return your product.
Once the returned product reaches our warehouse, we will be happy to provide you with either a refund or a replacement.
